Orphaned Chinese Bottling Machine Program FAQ's
What machines qualify to be a part of the program?
Any single or double row bottling machines manufactured in China or other parts of Aisia that look like MoBetta Water WFC systems. We are sorry but we are unable to assist with North American built machines such as Steelhead, Norland, etc.
What is required on my part to become part of the program?
- You will need to open an account with MoBetta Water and place a credit card on file for payment of your account. If you do not have a credit card you may pre-pay services or parts with a company cheque and MoBetta Water will hold a credit on file for you.

You will need to email, fax or send MoBetta Water pictures of your machine and copies of any wiring diagrams or manuals you may have.

You will need to have on staff or at your disposal an English speaking, technical minded person that can work with us over the phone or through email to diagnose technical issues.

A cordless phone or cell phone may be required so that we can talk to you while you are at your machine help diagnose problems.
What parts does MoBetta Water carry in inventory?
We carry approximately $100,000 in spares for the bottling systems at any given time. We have on hand virtually everything you could need, including but not limited to: AC contactors, all types of air cylinders, air cylinder rebuild kits, drop curtains, heating elements, bottle cups, pumps, pump seal kits, e-stop switches, start switches, Omron relays, chain parts and master links, door handles, door hinges, door latches, air regulators, air solenoid valves, magnetic coils for air solenoid valves, OEM SS water solenoid valves, magnetic coils for water solenoid valves, low air pressure switches, tank level switches, SS ball valves, Plexiglas windows, 24V power supplies, Turk door safety switches, main panel electrical lockout switches, air hose, air fittings, etc. We may also be able to get you complete pre-programmed replacement PLC controllers.
What services do you offer?
- We can provide technical support and trouble shooting services over the phone, by email or in person during our regular business hours or through our after hours emergency help line on evenings and weekends.

Through our trouble shooting service above, we can help you determine what parts you need and get them out to you ASAP so you can get back bottling water.

If you have a machine that is not electrically certified and you can’t get an electrician to connect it to power, you can have us bring it up to current standards and get it certified for you by CSA. This service requires that you ship your machine to our service facility in Westlock, AB, Canada.

If your machine is broken down and you do not have a competent person to work with, we can send a field engineer to your location to diagnose the problem and repair the machine.

If you have broken or damaged stainless steel parts they can be sent to us for repair or fabrication of a new part.

We have also adapted automatic soap/sanitizer systems to our machines and we can supply the proper pumps, injection points, wiring harness to install the system on your machine.

Any equipment shipped to our facility is fully insured when it is our possession.
What are the costs involved:
- Parts are all charged out on an as required basis.

All technical trouble shooting services performed during MoBetta’s regular business hours, be they by phone or email are charged out at a rate of $150.00 per hour, with billing in half hour increments. Minimum charge is ½ hour and all partial ½ hour charges will be rounded up to the next full half hour.

Technical trouble shooting services performed outside of regular business hours are charged out at a rate of $180.00 per hour. Minimum after hours billing is one hour with all partial hours rounded to the next highest half hour.

Site visits are billed at a rate of $150.00 per hour while onsite, plus all travel, meals and accommodations. Minimum billing for on site service is 8 hours plus costs.

Shop work at our facility is billed at a rate of $150.00 per hour, with minimum billing of one hour.

All shipping costs are the customer’s responsibility. Items sent to us for repair are to be sent prepaid and all goods sent to customers will be sent either freight collect on the customer’s account or sent prepaid with the customer being invoiced for the freight at cost.

Bringing machines up to electrical standard and certification are charged out by the hour as regular shop time. Transportation of the equipment to and from CSA’s inspection facility will also be charged out as regular shop time.

All costs billed to MoBetta from CSA in association with special inspections will be charged back to the customer at MoBetta Water’s cost, per the CSA invoice.
