Built as a modular solution for mixing the correct amount of O3 in your water prior to bottling, our OMS4 mixing system is designed with ease of installation and maintenance in mind. Ozone systems can be difficult to make work but this one isn't. Roll it in, connect it to feed water and a contact tank (which we can supply), and you are ready to start bottling. They are made to match our WFC120 Bottling Machines.
We use high quality Canadian made https://azcozon.com/ ozone components and industrial grade Gould's SS recirculation pumps.

- Medium Balance Barometer water trap to prevent water from backing up into electronics. C/W SS 1/4" fine ozone flow adjustment valve.
- 1" 878 Mazzei injector with quick mount unions and bypass flow adjustment assembly.
- Welded and powder coated carbon steel frame with locking casters and J channel channel pipe mounting.
- Ozone equipment mounted in a mini clean room with pressurization fan and a 12" x 12"x1" Merv 8 air filter to keep the equipment dust free.
- 36"W x 20"D x 60"H. Requires 1 x 120V outlet and the main pump to be field connected by an electrician. 240V.
